Submitting samples and receiving results
You will receive the results of the samples you submit by Wednesday, December 17, no later than Wednesday, December 24. For samples we receive from you after Wednesday, December 17, the usual turnaround time of 5 working days applies, starting on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Friday, January 2
Our office will be closed on Friday, January 2. However, you can deposit samples in the designated container next to our front door. We will empty the container after 5 p.m. and place the samples in a climate-controlled storage area. Samples received this Friday will be processed on Monday, January 5, 2026.
